I've had Nina for a few years now, I believe she's about 8-years-old at this point, and I'd really love to not have to put her up for adoption, but I'm in a pickle. She's a good cat, smart, funny, loving, and she is potty trained, but lately (even after my landlord had the old carpet replaced with new, not carpet, wood flooring) she's still peeing in the same spot. At this point, I can't keep her anymore and everything I've done to dissuade her from peeing in the same spot is not working. My landlord is not willing to allow us to keep her anymore due to her messing on the floor (even after everything I've done to fix the issue) so I need to find her a new home. Maybe she needs someone who is at home more (I do work a lot and go to school) that can work with her because, again, she is potty trained.
